DEPOSIT + REMAINING BALANCE

A $20 - $65 deposit is required at the time of booking,

with the remaining balance due in cash or e-transfer

HAIR PREP / HAIR EXTENSIONS

You can use as much products as you want except any Leave-out or ponytail hair services. It will affect our process.

We will refuse service if your hair is dirty. So, please book shampoo service to avoid cancellation.

All hair extensions are provided by clients. If you are unable to get your extensions we can get them for you but we would need at least 7 days notice. The bill will be added to your remaining balance.

TARDINESS

There is a grace period of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, we may still take (Late fee will be added), or cancel the appointment depending on the time duration of your style.

NO SHOW + RESCHEDULING

Failure to show up without prior notice will result in a ban from booking with us.

Please reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your appointment date. Rescheduling within 72 hours to your appointment will result to cancellation. Remember, deposits are non-refundable.
